The WSRC

The World Soybean Research Conference started in 1975, and has been held every 4-5 years since then.  The meetings provide a forum where the world’s soybean researchers can come together, meet each other, and bridge their different disciplines.

A Continuing Committee representing the 4 different soybean producing or consuming regions provides oversight, selects meeting venues, and provides continuity between meetings.

For the 2017 meeting, an Advisory Committee provides overall guidance to the Organizing Committee, which is in charge of the program and the local arrangements.
